嘿嘿，这回我找到是在哪儿设www虚拟服务器了，
User Document Directories
Hardware Virtual Servers
Software Virtual Servers
还可以重定位  URL，
   URL Forwarding
这回可以解决你的问题了吧。在哪儿设呢??
启动  Netscape Enterprise Server 然后打开一个服务器，
如果还没有服务器被创建，那就点创建的那个按钮创建一个。
在打开的服务器管理中，会有一个按钮 content management
点它，在这儿可以设置虚拟服务器及别的东西。

以 Software Virtual Servers 为例看看下面
To set up a software virtual server:
  1.From the Server Manager, choose
    Content Management|Software Virtual Servers.
  2.Type the URL host whose custom home page you want
    to set up.
  3.Type the path to the home page you want to use for this
    virtual server. If you type a full path, the server uses
    that specific document. If you type a partial path, the
    server interprets it as relative to your primary document
    directory.
  4.Click OK.
  5.Click Save and Apply to apply your changes.
其它几项的设置选项也在
    Server Manager  的  Content Management  下面。
有了这东西，你就会觉得做一个WEB服务站点一点都不难的，嘿嘿。

至于E－mail服务器也很好设的,大概你没有找到地方
在  Main Administration  页中有一项是Network Services Administration
底下有域名服务，匿名FTP，Mail,及上面说过的 Netscape Enterprise Server
等几项。点相应的项进入相应的页面后，真完给出的表格，然后点OK
你就完成了相应的服务的设置。。
