You may temporarily disable lilo from MBR by using "fdisk /mbr" under msdos.
After installing win95, you can install lilo again. Everything will be ok.
I've tried it before and it did quite well.
because the normal installation of multi-OS (dos win95 winnt linux)
is following steps.
dos->win95->winnt->linux
