这意味着GPL保护那些非独立开发的部分，而不是说如果包含一部分自己独立开发
的软体就可以把和该软体捆在一起的GPL软体脱离GPL！任何这样的行为是荒唐的
和无耻的！客观的说是违反GPL的，一般的讲是违法的，呵呵
